An Evening with Magnetic Flow

Our music is reminiscent of R&B, Top 40, Jazz, Funk and Soul, the Motown era while peppered with some contemporary hits as well. In just a matter of minutes, our audience is clapping their hands, dancing, and singing along as we pump out the hits one after another with our 10-piece band with a dynamic horn section.

Tribute to Cholly Atkins Inc. a fully recognized 501(C)3. Cholly Atkins, who happens to be the cousin of the director/choreographer Michael Avent, Sr. started his career in the vaudeville era in Buffalo, NY and was eventually hired by Berry Gordy in 1964 to become Motown’s primary choreographer. Cholly worked with internationally renowned artists such as The Temptations, Gladys Knight and The Pips, The O’Jays, The Spinners, Aretha Franklin, and many more, and he coined the phrase, “Vocal Choreography.” We perform a lot of the music he choreographed and every time, the crowd loves it!
